Department OverviewThe mission of the CommandCentral product teams is to create products and experiences that customers love and value as well as platform services that power our public safety cloud software suite of solutions. To do this consistently, we strive to create a world class product system in which the product team can do the best work of their careers. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leader to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company and value moving quickly.
You will develop and execute the product vision, business strategy, and roadmap working collaboratively with our strategy and operations, portfolio, user experience and R&D teams. You will also lead a team to build and scale our product organization. You will serve as the customer voice during product development, helping define new features that will shape the future of our product offerings, and will also be responsible for leading the launch story, deliverables and communicating broadly about why your products matter.
We’re looking for someone with high data literacy, intellectual curiosity, and great communication skills to create smooth internal processes, empower their team with data and efficient processes, and ensure our customers find value in what we are creating.
Lead the team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
Build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders
Follow a portfolio-oriented product approach for balancing bold, high-upside bets with quick wins.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our product portfolio including our platform services.
Drive a step-function increase in the rate of adoption and user success for our product capabilities.
Partner with Product leadership across functions (Strategy & Operations, UX Research & Design, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, as well as interfacing with GTM groups) to ensure that our various teams run smoothly and have the resources they need to succeed as we grow.
Experienced in building and leading product teams, including managing and developing people. You are also able to synthesize technologies into product communication for a broad audience including customers and internal stakeholders.

6+ years in a product management role, designing and shipping products that leverage machine intelligence and diverse sources of data. Experience with product management for cloud services and AI working very closely with engineering.
Experience in cross-functional product management, and experience driving vision and product alignment.
Experience managing at scale, with decision-making, and working with platforms/design systems.
Strong organizational and influencing skills across teams, ability to engage stakeholders, to understand change readiness, manage differences and create buy-in.
Incredible problem solving skills and an unwavering customer-focused product sense that inspire the teams you lead.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years in a product management role
5+ years management experience growing both ICs and managers
