Digital Operations Specialist Purpose:
Create, enhance and govern digital team processes, procedures and tools that lead to internal adoption of best practices to deliver exceptional digital experiences (across 16 websites and multiple platforms) and improve productivity across the digital team.
Preserve the integrity of digital design and editorial frameworks through the orchestration of training, documentation and best practice sharing resulting in scalable optimizations and efficiencies across the digital ecosystem.

If so, we are seeking a passionate, hands on, digital savvy web experience operations specialist to join a high-energy, fast paced, growing team. The Digital Operations Specialist - Website sits at the intersection of digital product management, web content and website operations, and is responsible for being the glue across the digital team ensuring processes, tools and best practices are available, scalable and adopted by those creating digital experiences. The website is the 24x7 platform for presenting our brand and this role is critical to ensuring we preserve and maintain the integrity of the brand presentation across 16 sites and languages. Success in this role means you lean into a matrixed culture, thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable bringing together multiple points of view to get to positive outcomes.
What you will be responsible for
Central point of intake for new project requests. Facilitate weekly meetings to bring awareness to the team to discuss and prioritize resourcing/commitment with key leads.
Develop and maintain digital web team SOPs and training documents
Identify potential process improvements to streamline daily activities
Simplify & improve content planning tool/process usability. Maintain and optimize for self service. Examples: content planning briefs, content component inventory, digital experience briefs, user acceptance testing
Improve the authoring admin UX to enable more web author & content management self service
Partner with the digital experience content lead to drive and evangelize training/documentation opportunities, the processes for change management and governance in our editorial, design system and brand standards.
Digital Testing Lead- digital user acceptance testing (UAT) orchestration & execution to ensure high-quality experiences across mobile and desktop.
Assist in training web team on new content authoring capabilities
Facilitate onboarding new marketing or business stakeholders on digital web processes and content planning tools
Partner with the analytics team to advise and bring a cadence to the reporting and data needed by the digital team to ensure the experiences created are guided by data and measurable
Partner with the SEO team as the web team liaison to ensure SEO processes are instituted in the digital web team processes and that technical SEO recommendations are being routed and followed through.
Drive special projects that enable optimization improvements (examples: content tagging strategy)
In times of high demand, lean in to help the team with web product management, project management or content management needs
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Web design & development, Digital Product Management or related degree is highly desired.
4+ years experience in working on a web or marketing team
Strong project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system or another leading content management system preferred
Demonstrated understanding of web design, development, web best practices & site optimization
Must be able to proactively bring forward and solve for areas of opportunity and influence stakeholder groups across the organization to establish new processes where needed
Excellent analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of search experience optimization reports, best practices, and tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders cross-functionally, cross-regionally, and globally
Responsible - make decisions and independently manage projects
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in working on a web or marketing team
