4 year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years experience preferred
Knowledge of specialized lending areas such as Small Business Administration lending, construction or syndicated loans
Proven ability to provide excellent
Customer service to internal and external Customers
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Excellent PC skills with familiarity with standard office equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently in handling a heavy workload
Possesses strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending policy and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, loan to value ratio and other related information
Paralegal experience/knowledge needed. Paralegal certificate preferred
Ability to travel to loan closings
Processes incoming/outgoing transactions by preparing and inputting necessary documentation to maintain underwriting workflow
Works closely with CCM team with early delinquency resolution
Assist CCM with clearing and management of exceptions
Supports and assists CCM Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies and tracking in loan information
Generates and distributes reports to the CCM team
Prepares and submits credit files and documentation for Credit Management to safekeeping
Manages a loan pipeline from origination through approval in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
Assists in resolving more complex issues relating to origination process through booking
Follows quality control procedures to verify records contain proper content using checklist and other tools
Manages/confirms TD document changes and inputs are consistent with system requirements
Evaluates best course of action taking into account bank policy, regulatory requirements, impact to the customer, and impact to the bank as well as cost factors
Verifies appropriate actions to ensure loans are booked and properly set-up if necessary
Establishes strong working relationships with commercial stakeholders, credit risk and other internal areas involved in underwriting, approval and closing loans
