Director, SaaS Sales Executive - Capital One Software (Remote Eligible)

Through this journey, we've developed a suite of internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale. The Capital One Software team is exploring how these internal solutions across cloud, data, governance, and applications could serve the needs of other companies born or built in the cloud. Capital One has been building cutting edge SaaS products, and now we are ready to release our own set of products externally.

If you have a passion for Enterprise SaaS sales, breaking new ground, and generating revenue; bring your experience to help build and lead a new division for Capital One! We are looking for experienced enterprise SaaS Sales executives, to help us define and build our go-to-market Sales strategy. Nothing is more important to Capital One than our customer experience. In this role, you will be the primary owner of Capital One Software’s customer relationship and experience. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Capital One Software’s revenue generation; including prospecting, needs analysis, crisp communication of the Capital One Software journey and value proposition, partner co-selling, contract negotiations, and continued account development.

You will help drive strategy and execute on high priority initiatives for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key internal and external stakeholders to help forge a new business within a Fortune 100 company. General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating revenue, while creating delightful experiences for our customers.

  • Customer prospecting, needs analysis, crisp communication of the Capital One Software journey and value proposition, partner co-selling, contract negotiations, and continued account development.

  • Help to hire and develop a world-class enterprise sales force, and will be expected to take on a key vertical or territory for the business.

  • Utilize excellent communication and partnership skills to communicate with key stakeholders, at all levels; to manage, inform and influence outcomes

  • Operate with high levels of independence and autonomy while applying exceptional judgment to critical business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience

  • At least 3 years of experience with SaaS Product Sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years years of Enterprise Sales

  • Experience launching new SaaS products to market

  • Experience in Cloud Data Management, Cloud Economics, or Cloud Financial Management solutions
