Senior Manager - Process Management

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process-oriented professional who excels in a team environment and is an expert in process improvement. This individual will have demonstrated that they have improved company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects.

General Responsibilities:

  • Define a vision for the workforce of the future

  • Define and source data to support the case for change including and not limited to a market study for internal and external perspective

  • Define the framework to measure progress/success of the program

  • Influence and gain alignment with Operations and Tech teams on the roadmap for execution

  • Accountable for the execution of the program and managing stakeholder expectations

  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and concept to Enterprise teams

  • Manage and lead a high performing cross functional team of associates

  • Be a champion of change

  • Communicate effectively at all levels

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a continual learner – intent on understanding the needs of our front line associates and internal stakeholders; and drive continuous improvement. Create frameworks to continuously benchmark internal and externally the associates needs/expectations

  • Is a passionate advocate of our front line associates and the latest technology to enable a future that supports the business while caring for the associate

  • Strives to make the experience better for associates and leaders, and will also require a re-imagining of how work is delivered internally

  • Will be successful in uniquely blending process management, customer-backed thinking, change management and technology skills

  • Will be able to influence all levels of the organization to enable change while managing risk appropriately
