As a part of Meta’s ever growing needs for world class internal supply chain needs, you will be part of the Enterprise Supply Chain leadership team driving the growth of our operations as we scale to serve Meta’s growing employee base. Your work will impact service in 50+ countries. Industry leading lifecycle management, fast paced and ever improving customer experience are the essentials of our business that sets the foundation for productivity across the company. This role is responsible for orchestrating the transformation of the organization’s high mix, low volume supply chain operations across multiple facilities at scale. In order to be successful, the candidate will need to have hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations, including warehousing network, last mile delivery, inventory management and operational expenditure. Lifecycle management includes receiving, provisioning, shipping, reverse logistics, repair, product value-add services and end of life management of traditional IT devices, accessories, and specialty products.

Required SkillsEnterprise Supply Chain Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate requirements for warehouse, logistics and job routing operations through 2-3 years full tooling and operational transformation
  • Ensure business requirements and operational transformation encompasses our end-to-end operations, including upstream planning/forecasting and procurement, downstream customer experience, and unique operations
  • Implement short-term mechanisms to improve overall warehouse management, job routing and inventory management as we work towards the tooling transformation
  • Build mechanisms to improve SLAs, target metrics, operating procedures, expectations and more across the end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Partner with Warehouse leadership to align vendor service operations with implemented mechanisms and tooling workflows
  • Data driven decision making: Data collection, interpretation and recommendations
  • Partner with procurement, compliance and tooling teams to drive efficient handoffs, workflows and problem solving
Minumum QualificationMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations management or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years experience of frontline Warehouse, Inventory or Supply Chain Operations
  • Experience with common Supply Chain tooling, including Oracle, warehouse management systems and shop floor systems
Preferred QualificationPreferred Qualifications:
  • Experience mentoring teams and influencing cross functional teams at a global level
  • Experience establishing KPIs and delivering on those metrics
