Job Summary:

This position has operational responsibility for the Qualtrics 360 & TalentGuard talent systems with the ability to flex across platforms. Must have a strong focus on user experience – partnering with others on the HR Operations team – to ensure that our talent systems are simple, effective & people focused through technology & process improvements.

Role Responsibilities:

Talent Development Systems

• Responsible for the configuration and end user support for the Qualtrics 360 platform in support of talent assessments and employee feedback.

• Responsible for the configuration and end user support for the TalentGuard development system including talent assessments, skills inventory, and career pathing.

• Support the Talent team with the creation and definition of job profiles including skill alignment and career path definition.

• Ability to identify cause/effect relationships, solve root-cause issues while eliminating nonvalue added activities.

• Deliver technology that aligns business process and industry best standards utilizing existing software functionality and releases for continuous improvement.

• Provide back up support to the other members for the HR Process Delivery team for other Hershey talent systems.

HR Project Delivery

• Collaborate with HR Consultants, HR leadership, HR Analytics, HR Centers of Excellence, Information Services, HR Operations and key end users to clearly define requirements for system enhancements to existing technology and new system implementations.

• Process execution to assure technology projects deliver within Hershey standards for technology implementation, consulting with cross-functional business experts as needed.

• Support technical documentation of project either by the creation of documents and/or reviewing third party documents, including necessary data.


• B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes

• Systems thinking mindset with a strong bias towards User Experience

• Ability to manage confidential data

• Easily partners with colleagues and can collaborate across the globe

• Productively challenges existing conventions

• Advanced analytical & creative problem solving skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills at all organizational levels

• Comprehensive understanding of HR systems, analytics, processes and data

• Clear understanding of organizational charts and related data elements

• Qualtrics 360 and/or TalentGuard experience strongly desired

• SuccessFactors experience a plus

• Excellent MS Excel skills preferred
