Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

The Sales Development Rep 2 will have the following key tasks:

  • Identify opportunities to reach out to via both inbound and outbound lead sources.

  • Identify process improvements to increase quantity of leads, quality of leads, and speed of lead to opportunity conversion.

  • Executes structured multi-channel (phone, email) outreach cadence, high volume 80+ daily.

  • Gather information about the opportunities to be worked on in the various client tools.

  • Elaboration of account profiles, through consultations on tools or telephone contacts with customers, surveying the customer's current environment.

  • Meet regular quotas of calls and qualified leads.

  • Record all activities in CRM system.

  • Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to management.

  • Meet the individual and group goals established in the program.

  • Able to accurately document call outcomes/notes, and record qualification criteria.

  • Identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead.

  • Communicate information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year sales or lead generation experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Professional sales training

  • Full cycle sales experience in technology industry, with proven track record of strong client relationships and achievement of goals

  • Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365,Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems required, experience using prospecting tools (Zoominfo, Techtarget, etc.)

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and[Register to View]
