Our designers interpret client challenges, and develop concepts that unify our products and services. Digital Designers work collaboratively with Content Design teams, absorbing the project’s needs, creating concepts, and evolving the client’s brand in an engaging way.

As a Digital Designer, you’ll be accountable for concepts, strategies, and design artifacts at the project level.

Role Description

  • Ensure our work communicates clearly, is on brand, and delights users.

  • Understand Graphic/Digital Design as a discipline and a practice.

  • Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently, and give design feedback.

  • Contribute to the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.

  • Partner with design, technology, and project management to ensure the project meets creative, strategy, and project objectives.

  • Design assets such as social graphics, digital ads, header graphics, e-books, thumbnails for landing pages, etc. for digital environments, keeping user experience and digital delivery at the forefront of design.

  • Design (and begin to direct others to design) mood boards, comps (with and without wireframes), concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards. May also contribute content to decks.

  • Gather deliverables into client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with increased responsibility as a graphic/digital designer in an advertising agency, studio, or corporate marketing environment with a heavy leaning toward the digital experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in standard design and presentation applications, including advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and G Suite (Google Slides)

  • Candidate must possess minimum of 3 years of professional digital design portfolio work

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, Interactive Design or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Ability to learn new software quickly

  • Experience with increased responsibility as a graphic/digital designer in an advertising agency, studio or corporate marketing environment with a heavy leaning toward the digital experience

  • Previous experience designing for a B2B audience

  • Knowledge of and experience with applying user-centered design processes

Travel

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,484 - $129,800 and information on benefits offered.
