You are:

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. OneStream Consultants reengineer business processes to drive efficiency and optimize the client's business, within a function, industry, technical and/or digital area.

The work:

  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance

  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside

  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with multi-dimensional cubes. Understands how data integration, data transformation, and reporting structures work in OneStream

  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing business rules, forms, workflows, cube views, dashboards, and quick views in OneStream

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with end-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close and Consolidation models and calculations to match the business processes to meet functional requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

Bonus points if:

  • Attended one of the OneStream application build courses (Application Build for Consultants or Administrators)

  • Attended any OneStream level 2 courses

  • Prior skills or relevant experience implementing similar EPM technologies

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML and how they augment EPM

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 - $167,600 and [Register to View]
