You Are:

An experienced Finance professional with a strong background in Cost Accounting and a deep understanding of the Intercompany, Product cost controlling and Transfer Pricing. You get excited about solving complex problems and finding new solutions for clients. Digital Finance professionals support clients in developing Tax efficient Intercompany models, Optimizing Product cost controlling, Overhead allocations and Profitability Reporting processes all by leveraging Enterprise Performance Management technology capabilities to support our clients’ long-term growth. You have managed large teams. You love big challenges, ready to add value to clients by bringing in industry best practices and are ready for your next one. You are skilled at building trusted relationships with clients, within your own organization, and with ecosystem partners.

The Work:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives in Product Cost Controlling, Overhead Cost Allocations, Intercompany accounting and Profitability Reporting areas

  • Create strategies and blueprints that improve operations and refine processes

  • Collect business requirements and apply industry leading best practice financial concepts to translate them into solution design

  • Prepare and facilitate client sessions on process and application design

  • Provide recommendations based on Product costing and Intercompany leading practices

  • Support project team and mentor staff

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

  • Stay current on how new GAAP/IFRS regulations and technologies affect our clients’ businesses


Here’s What You Need:

  • A minimum of 5 years working in Cost Accounting, preferably with leading consulting firm

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing Product Cost Controlling and Intercompany Accounting

  • Deep functional understanding of end to end process design of Product costing including intercompany and Transfer Pricing process.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree

  • You have led 2-3 full implementation of Intercompany Transfer Pricing, Product Cost controlling solutions

  • You have a least 2 year designing Intercompany Process for Goods and Profitability Reporting.

  • SAP certification
