The Medical Recordkeeping Customer Service Associate manages the day to day performance to ensure operational effectiveness through efficiency and quality monitoring, supporting a Group Insurance Services client. Support internal inquiries across Billing, Enrollment, and client stakeholders. Supports and transacts eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring. Communicates to internal external stakeholders on issues concerns with the ongoing maintenance of the case. May supports the Client Coordinator in handling daily client issues and fulfilling client requests. Shares best practices to continually improve RKO service. Able to support an issue resolution process and ensures complaints are handled effectively, policy disclosure, replacement, agent compensation, and claim handling.
Will also liaise with other teams or SME s as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.
Supports the process of incoming inputs for eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring.
Responsible for administrative tasks like Termination services, Plan Administration, Enrollment Services, and billing inquiries.
Able to manage issue resolution surrounding eligibility file processing, payroll validation, and remittance process file monitoring.
Can support special internal functional projects and ad hoc requests as required.
Able to work cohesively with Subject Matter experts to support the national billing day to day tasks, able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues problems.
Able to communicate risks issues to supervisor and help with the resolution, as needed
May performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems requests issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention
Expected to adhere to client Service Level Agreements

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
Minimum 1 year of call center experience
Able to work any shift between the hours of 7am to 7pm CST
Experience with Voluntary Insurance Benefits administration, Insurance Recordkeeping Services
Prior experience in Medical Insurance Billing or Complex Billing
BPS experience Client Delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills
