The Project Manager is accountable for the entire project from the staffing, contract, and financials, to the planning and processes, to delivering the solution and work products, and the whole gamut of management, leadership, and building teams and client relationships. While the PM should staff appropriate Leads/SMEs and lean on them for their expertise, PMs should know “how it all works” or when something is lacking or needs to change, as well as working with account leadership regularly. As such, PMs should ensure processes are in place to ensure “checks and balances” and know how to pull on different levers and effectively leverage all the resources available to them and manage.

Key Experience

  • Experience as a Program / Project Manager
  • Experience in a leadership position, managing people and teams, and agile software delivery (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Experience writing proposals and estimates
  • Experience meeting with clients and stakeholders to communicate status, risks, issues, mitigations, concerns, alternatives, decisions, etc.
  • Experience planning, implementing, and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Experience ensuring goals are met and driving teams in areas including quality, team member performance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in experience in project management - specifically for system implementations
Minimum 2 year’s experience project managing Salesforce implementations

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 103,800– 142,799

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
