Job Description

  • Provide a high level of service to our client s most important Strategic Accounts by building relationships with key stakeholders, while following up on all past due invoices

  • Lead Conference calls with Customers to review account open balances

  • Perform complex account reconciliations

  • Support Team Lead by running reports, consolidating team data, and supporting agents in complex situations

  • Participate in cross functional team meetings to resolve business process issues

  • Supply consistent accurate information to all inter dependent groups, adhering to strict deadlines

  • Provide expertise and support to any queries the collectors and the finance team may have in regard to reconciliation issues

  • Process and manage reversals for various business units

  • Accountable for tracking payments, and researching unapplied payments for posting by month end

  • Assist Cash Application to apply payment

  • Perform research in system by contacting customers via email telephone if necessary

  • Handle refunds from Customers

  • Prepare paperwork for write off and approval

  • Attend conference calls with local client management

Qualifications

Basic Qualification

  • Associates Degree or Minimum of 1 year Finance, Accounting and/or Collection’s experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Collections/Order to Cash (OTC)/ Accounts Receivable experience

  • Excel experience to include formulas and pivot tables

  • Collections License is considered beneficial

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $37,476 - $61,300 and [Register to View]
