Capability Network Market Integration Senior Manager specifically focused on banking accounts in the NA South Market Accounts. Job responsibilities include:
Function as the primary Capability Network point-of-contact for all the banking accounts based in the NA South Market Unit
Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for the Banking Industry in NA South
Plan, direct and coordinate campaign activities for South banking, with a focus on increasing CN awareness and engagement
Develop and scale relationships with NA South banking Leadership and NA South Client Group and Client Account Leads
Increase penetration of the Capability Network in the NA South Banking accounts, both from a sales and delivery perspective
Actively manage the qualified pipeline for Banking in NA South driving and leading sales enablement activities jointly with Market Unit Leads and Client Account Leads
Proactively drive and ensure CN engagement through active contribution and leadership in big deals across NA South Banking Accounts
Drive sales origination and lead pursuit teams and participate in all aspects of proposal development to sales closure and delivery
Increase CN share of direct and indirect credits for Banking accounts in the NA South Market Unit
Provide insights from the market to develop relevant market offerings and capabilities
Provide proactive intelligence to drive overall capability development and recruitment strategy across CN nodes, specific to the Banking Industry
Actively support the CN leadership in North America and in the South Market Unit to strategize and execute CN expansion plans
Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge combined with consulting skillset to help them achieve their goals.
Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities
Mentor team members contribute to their professional development.
Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.

- 4 year degree
- Minimum 10 years experience of working in the Banking Industry with at least 10+ years of experience working with Banks
- Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience of leading large scale transformation programs for Banking Industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in 2-3 areas within Banking (Credit, Trade Finance, Specialty Finance, Core Banking, Payments, operational excellence) or Banking Digital Capabilities (AI, RPA, Cloud, Analytics)
- Minimum 5 years Strong program and project management skills. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.
- Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results
- Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles
- Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment having a can-do attitude with high initiative and demonstrating entrepreneurial instincts
- MBA degree
- Strong understanding of industry drivers / trends to create and drive sales opportunities
- Experience in working senior management levels within existing organization /client organizations
- Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead teams independently
- Experience with one or more platforms like Loan IQ, FIS Ambit, GPP, nCINO, thought Machine, Temenos, Mortgage Cadance
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
