The Work:

  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define needs

  • Understand the fundamentals of rapid prototyping and configure solutions to quickly demonstrate client needs in the form of a technology solution

  • Understand CRM requirements and identify product requirements for future enhancements. 

  • Map functional requirements to [Register to View] features and functionality.

  • Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into [Register to View] design and implementation.

  • Creatively apply the 80/20 rule in software development, following a Salesforce (out-of-the-box)-first mindset over custom solutions

  • Support the development of a strategic vision for project (product development, enhancements, etc.) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption

  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. 

  • Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact

  • Manage expectations with clients, Accenture colleagues, as well as SFDC and other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successful outcomes

  • Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials. 

  • Participate in project status meetings, as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager

Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/if travel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 50% or less.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements. 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) 

Bonus Points If

  • You have experience operating in an Agile or SAFe Agile delivery environment working with an issue and project management platform (i.e. JIRA)

  • You have prior telecommunications experience in the areas of sales, marketing, product management, IT, operations, or customer support

  • You hold one or more telecommunications-oriented certifications (i.e. TMforum, Salesforce Industries CPQ, Vlocity Communications Consultant) and/or one or more complimentary Salesforce certifications (i.e. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant)

  • You have experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage the distribution of system functional or process changes.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
