We’re looking for a [Register to View] target="_blank">Metaverse Continuum Senior XR Creative Technologist inspired to be at the forefront of a new era of digital change—someone who is driven to help our clients build new realities that generate value in the short and long term. In this purpose-driven, fast-paced role you'll be working in the first stages of projects—mixing technologies and rapid prototyping techniques to quickly create proof of concepts and mockups that will help validate direction and approach. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape Accenture’s thought leadership in XR within the Metaverse, while collaborating to design, execute and accelerate our clients’ Metaverse journeys.
In this role you will:
- Help direct the initial stages of projects toward successfully validating proof of concepts
- Help direct the mixing of technologies and rapid prototyping techniques
- Lead development on mockups
- Be responsible for validating both technological approaches as well as business models

Here’s what you’ll need
Minimum 10 years' experience in interactive content creation, such as video games, immersive media, or other related narratives
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management
Minimum 3 years’ prior 2D and 3D content creation experience, as well as UX Design experience in immersive experiences
Minimum 2 years’ experience with XR programming framework such as Unity, Unreal, WebGL, or other related technologies
Bonus points if you have
Design and programming skills that help you drive XR projects from initial idea to successful proof of concept
Experience working with and managing diversely skilled teams—and navigating the translation needed in-between them
Product ownership orientation, which includes a deep understanding of what drives a product forward and how to avoid distractions
Narrative scripting in media and/or interactive content
An entrepreneurial mindset
You are a flexible, proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude (rain or shine)
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $197,900 and information on benefits offered.
