An Executive Creative Director is the top creative talent and the buck stops with them. They are the arbiters of the best creative work and push their creative teams and cross disciplinary counterparts to do the most outstanding work to put out in the world. They are our uppermost leaders who represent Accenture Song's culture and standards to all within the creative department, company-wide and across the industry.
ROLE: EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Has a grasp of the client business at the highest level, and knows what to do to drive growth
Actively pursues new business on their own and as part of a greater team, leading pitches with very minimal CCO oversight
Knows how to motivate people and keep them moving forward even in the face of adversity
Responsible for the career paths of multiple creative employees, working with them regardless of working together on projects or not
Has robust understanding of current and emerging industry trends and pushes for original work
Pushes forward and proves their case with an idea that a client may not instinctively feel comfortable with
Develops cultural practices that are accepted and utilized within the creative department and agency at large
Has strong relationship with GAD and GSD, working together with the client to push their businesses forward
At least 12 years experience in advertising or related fields
At least 5 years independently leading multiple pieces of $5MM+ business simultaneously
Winner of various awards and accolades for accomplished work
Served as a juror in at least 1 distinguished award show
Prior experience of managing career growth and development of creatives - Creative Director down to associate creative levels
Understands and adheres to business and operational practices, both internal and client-lead
Does not require CCO involvement in work development (aside from gut checks)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516 - $288,500 and information on benefits offered.
