Job Description
As a Platform Experience Associate, review the apps in given time in accordance to the policies set by the client.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain optimum utilization during a working shift
Perform high quality reviews
Maintain the turnaround time on app reviews
Being up to date on policy changes
Be a team player
Provide reverse feedback on policies and apps
Work in a 24x7 environment rotating
Take quality feedback and work on it
Ability to escalate per process
Should be able to navigate, search and download apps from client play store on the appropriate devices
Experience using and downloading Android based apps

San Jose, CA - Relocation assistance is not provided.
Hours & Shifts
The role requires availability to work 5 out of 7 days a week, with two days off per week. Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, incumbents will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and remain open to working different hours, shifts/rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Individuals are provided paid training.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in a professional or military setting
Preferred Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Skilled in the English language, able to understand nuances
Computer savvy, Technologically capable especially web browsers, and data entry skills
Exposure to US culture
Ability to read and interpret text requests accurately
Proactive with a strong work ethic
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus.
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate.
