Accenture’s Digital Workplace practice, within our Cloud First Infrastructure Engineering group, is focused on providing best in class end user technology and collaboration capabilities for large enterprise clients. Our team provides full lifecycle end user services from consulting on strategy to leading large technology implementations.

Accenture’s Digital Workplace Consultants provide delivery management, project execution, and technical expertise to partner with our clients to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy enterprise scale end-to-end workplace technology transformation solutions.

The work:

  • Participate in teams to design, build, and transform enterprise workplace using an array of IT, PropTech, AV and physical security solutions.

  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an independent contributor role) at a client or within Accenture, to deliver Intelligent Building and Workspace designs leveraging system orchestration solutions, analytics, automation, digital twin, and IoT systems

  • Apply Accenture methodology, Accenture reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work.

  • Stay educated on new and emerging market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.

  • Use considerable judgment to contribute to solutions and seek guidance on complex problems

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience serving as a workstream, team or technical lead

  • Minimum of 2 years workplace, proptech and/or collaboration technology design, build, and management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 1-2 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the following areas:

    • Collaboration Technologies (e.g. Office 365, Zoom, Webex or Crestron)

    • Room & Desk Reservations (e.g. Condeco, iOffice, Robin)

    • Space Occupancy Measurement & Analytics (e.g. VergeSense, Relogix or equiv)

    • Digital Signage

    • IWMS (e.g. Tririga, Manhattan, SpaceIQ or equiv.)

    • Digital Twin & IoT solutions (e.g Kode Labs, Metrikus, Willow, Azure IoT)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with CAD applications

  • Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
