You’ll often be:
Leading the creation of XR applications based on client requirements gathering and ideation
Owning the design of visual and experience layouts and incorporating these into different XR applications
Guiding developer teams and ensuring proper communication, collaboration, and adherence through project design and execution phases
Creating detailed design documentation, app flows, UI/UX design diagrams, and Concept Art
Maintaining visibility and knowledge of products’ lifecycles and facilitating communication to enable early issue identification and to provide constructive feedback

Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UI/UX and Visual Design
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in concept and illustration
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AR/VR experience development and Unity3D
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Professional Experience Requirement:
Working professional experience with large team content pipelines
Experience working with clients to determine needs and assess project goals
Bonus points if you are/have:
Demonstrated experience with Unreal 4 game engines
Demonstrated experience creating organized and informed UI art, 2D, and 3D content
Experience with video editing/composting Understanding of Extended Reality (AR/VR) technologies

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
