You’ll often be:
Driving innovation in XR and the Metaverse through developments in the gaming industry
Creating animation assets structured for AR/VR implementation
Developing diverse characters, environmental props, and bringing other assets to life through animation
Maintaining a general knowledge of the product’s design to facilitate communication and enable early identification of issues
Collaborating with other self-starer and entrepreneurial strategists, developers, and creatives to ideate, plan, and produce new AR/VR technology.

Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of animation in film, game development, television, or applicable industries
Minimum of 5 years’ of Unity3D experience
Minimum of 5 years' hand-keyed animation experience in Autodesk Maya
Minimum of 5 years' experience with large team content pipelines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you are/have:
Experience with the Unreal 4 game engine
Motion capture experience
2D animation / UI animation experience
Character rigging creation
AR/VR development experience
Desire to work on projects in the Metaverse space
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
