Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within core human resources, benefits, recruiting, and payroll
Analyzing technical and functional integration requirements.
Create solution and Configure SAP Payroll system to client needs
Building and applying technical, industry and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to both existing and new clients
Developing your skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure continued market and client relevancy.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 3 years SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience
Minimum 1 implementation project of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll preferred)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup and payroll schema
Ability to create functional specs for integrations and conversions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points If You Have:
Ability to perform payroll requirements gathering with client
Prior consulting experience
Experience with mid-year SAP payroll conversions
Experience integrating with Employee Central
Certification in SuccessFactors Payroll/Employee Central
Experience as part of a thriving virtual team
Multi country Payroll Experience
