You are:

A motivated, inquisitive Software Test Lead. Your superpower? Organizing and driving the testing process by managing a team of software testers to deliver high-quality software. Driven by curiosity, you explore how new technologies can be used in the overall testing strategy to solve challenging testing problems. You thrive in a collaborative, creative, and productive team environment. You have top-notch communication skills, and you are in your element, managing projects and juggling priorities in a fast-paced setting where results are everything.

The work:

  • Work with multiple functional and performance test teams to define test strategies, test schedules, and ensure that all testing teams are adhering to the test methodology
  • Deploy and manage resources for testing efforts
  • Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams
  • Create\improve testing methodology as needed
  • Report appropriate test measurements and metrics and make release recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Advanced years of relevant software testing experience
  • Novice years of test team management
  • 2-year degree or relevant technical experience

Bonus points if you have:

  • Performance Test experience
  • Automation Test experience
  • Software consultant experience
  • Experience in SAFe (Scale Agile Framework)

For all AFS Requisitions as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
