Management Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; New York, NY): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Manager in New York, NY, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration.
  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be processes analysis.
  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Implement process and change interventions.
  • Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.
  • Execute a program, plan or deliverable using planning, communication and training skills.
  • Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.
  • Leverage Accenture's methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working in cross functional teams composed of Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Business Process Outsourcing; and
  • Deploying change experiences to support end-user adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing Functional Workforce Transformation strategies for functions;
  • Leading design thinking workshops for talent and new skilling strategies;
  • Applying Agile project management fundamentals to learning and reskilling programs;
  • Developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, including program design, curriculum planning, learning journey design, and content strategy; and
  • Developing employee learning content through various mediums.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Developing organization operating models, organization structures, and job and role design;
  • Using AI tools and platforms to analyze skills to drive talent acquisition, talent development, and talent reskilling strategies through software; and
  • Designing learning experiences using gamification software.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
