The work:

Responsible for working with the business process leads to analyze requirements, configure Oracle modules (Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing with Federal Financial focus) and design Oracle RICEW objects related to the Projects process flow; Understanding of Oracle Allocations, Burden Schedules, WebADI, and Cost/Revenue Budgets configurations and industry standards; Understanding of Project Cost integration with Oracle Purchasing and Payables; Lead functional requirements gathering/process definition meetings, update and create documents as required; Drive working sessions related to projects and costing; Manage and configure Projects configurations for Projects workstream; Assess non-COTS Standard project business requirements to provide solution design approach for recommended to-be business process flows; Create RTM crosswalk to testing scenarios, training modules; Define testing scenarios; Manage testing plan and triage issues related to testing.


Here's what you need:

  • Strong background in Oracle Federal Financials – specifically Projects process area (ex. project costing with Oracle Purchasing and Payables, Configuration, and/or Design Oracle RICEW objects)

  • 2+ years experience with Oracle Allocations, Burden Schedules, and/or Cost/Revenue Budgets

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting to clients and large audience

  • Collaborates well with team members, and across teams (Development and Functional team interaction expected)

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 to $112,099 and information on benefits offered is here: [Register to View]
