You Are:

A big picture thinker with a specialty of working across teams and clients, with your pulse on the latest manufacturing and engineering technology solutions. You’re not afraid to think outside the box, and you’ve guided many clients through their digital transformations. There’s a depth and breadth to your knowledge of digital products and implementation options — and you’re a leader guiding from the front. Communication and people skills? Yours are a cut above, which is why you’re so good at building and managing a team-centric environment. And when it comes to problem-solving, your creative and analytical abilities shift into high gear.

The Work:

  • Lead large and complex manufacturing or engineering programs from the start to finish line

  • Able to build credible and trusted relationships with clients and teams

  • Establish and manage delivery fundamentals on programs including integrated schedule & milestones, status reporting, escalation paths for issues and risks, and financials

  • Experience defining, activating and managing governance processes across Accenture and client teams.

  • Plan, design, and build complex digital road maps

  • Combine an understanding of the business and tech side of industrial software with your working knowledge of development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall

  • Lead high-performing global teams to on-time, high-quality outcomes

  • Produce attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses

  • Work closely with solution architects on initial scope, estimates, staffing plan, and program assumptions

  • implementation plans, evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s what you Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in an information systems environment

  • 5 years of experience in 2 or more of the following industries or domains: Automotive Industry, Logistics and Transportation, Manufacturing and Industrial Automation, Aerospace and Defense, Resources, Energy, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical Medical, High Tech, Media, Electronics, Internet, or Semiconductor

  • 5 years of experience across some or all of the following areas: PLM, MES/MOM, PLC, SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, and/or Manufacturing Systems integration

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • Ability to travel up to 80% as required by client arrangement or project/program requirements

Bonus points if:

  • Scaled Agile certification

  • Consulting experience

  • Cloud implementation experience

  • Project Management certification

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,516 - $197,900 and information on benefits offered is here.
