We are:

We are: AFS is seeking a thought leader that can provide innovative ideas and technical solutions to client problems. AFS has a client that is looking to support the development and deployment of enterprise mobile applications.

You Are:

The Mid Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for developing enterprise mobile applications (iOS and Android) in a dedicated team of developers.

The work:

  • Maintaining a deployment pipeline for mobile and managing a release process with the team.

  • Developing, maintaining, and deploying new applications.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 2 years of overall work experience

  • Minimum 1 year of mobile application (native or mobile web app) experience or enterprise web application development, including native iOS application development

  • Experience with object-oriented software development experience (i.e. Java, Objective-C, Swift, etc.)

  • Familiarity with developing and utilizing RESTful web services (Java, .NET, or NodeJS)

Bonus points if:

  • Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem solving skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written

  • Strong sense of ownership and drive, and experience with mentoring junior members

  • BS in Computer Science, related discipline or significant mobile/web related tech
