The Senior Product Manager, Commercial Cards will manage and develop Commercial Card products with the objective of contributing to profitability and to enhancing the client experience. The Senior Product Manager owns the breadth of core product delivery including driving innovation for customers within Originations (e.g. conversational banking, third party innovation, new back end services enabling progressive design and customer facing tools) and delivery in our US Market.

On a typical day your activities could include the following:

  • Analysis of card data/metrics from Card Processor Host system (TS2), and test results from customer reactions and experiences, to improve return on investment for developing and enhancing the card value proposition
  • Managing the product construct, configurations, card behavior, authorization rules, purchase strategies, option sets, data integrity, etc, on the TS2 Processing Platform
  • Managing the product construct, configurations, reporting, user experience and customizations, across online Card Management tools, such as Smart Data and CentreSuite
  • Initiating, planning and supporting the development of new products, features and enhancements on TS2 Processing Platform, as well as implementation and delivery of those developments ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of clients
