The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead - Payroll Functional will lead a team of functional resources to design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud. S/He will lead sessions with project teams and key client leadership to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations HCM, benefits and payroll .
Need hands on leadership style to assist with functional configuration to integrate functionalities such as payroll, benefits and absence management
This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, demos, designs, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go live support
Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
Experience with one or more of the following: human resources business process knowledge, Oracle HCM cloud configuration and/or payroll testing
Knowledge of human resources business processes such as employee transactions that trigger payroll e.g. hire, rehire, transfers, assignment/position changes
Bonus Points If:
10+ years of industry experience
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Mgmt, Payroll and Benefits modules
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion HDLs or spreadsheet loaders
Experience as an HCM Cloud Functional Designer or a Functional Architect
Experience with Fast Formulas
Experience with fundamental set up of workforce structures and configuration tables
Strong leadership and functional experience

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
