A Government Security Data Protection Sr. Analyst who will help the Client Data Protection (CDP) team raise the bar of Security First across AFS. In this role you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to effectively drive decision making, influence policy, and strengthen our risk profile. Ensure related team documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals
Develop, track, and maintain metrics to measure success and identify focus areas
Assist in operational and business process execution and documentation as needed
Combine understanding of CDP and business processes to recommend solutions
Drive continuous improvement to operational and automation efficiency
Manage access to data protection information
Escalate and provide recommended mitigations of issues and concerns
Support ad-hoc project requests
Here's what you need:
U.S. Citizenship required
2 years working experience in any of the following: Security compliance, Data protection, Information security, Governance and Audit
Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and management, business risk analysis, and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
Other required skills:
Advanced level written, verbal, communication, and collaboration skills with an emphasis on client relationship building
Customer service and quality focused with proven process improvement skills
Track record of delivering solutions combined with leadership in resolving issues
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines
Works effectively as an individual and part of a team
Bonus points if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business, or Risk Management
Exposure to DoD/Federal cyber security requirements and frameworks
Knowledge of Federal computing mandates for IT management and risk frameworks
Successful track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Consistently follow-through on projects while knowing when to seek supervisory direction
Understand, identify, and raise problems which may require leadership review
Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture and understand program direction
Familiarity with SalesForce and/or ServiceNow
Security or privacy certifications preferred (e.g., Security+)
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
