Supporting the Learning Training team by designing, developing and deploying the training and performance support materials.
Support a team of training facilitators, designers and developers to produce learning solutions for a large, global audience. You will support deployment and training efforts and lead property staff at overseas embassies and consulates through system configuration and virtual or in person training. You must be comfortable with delivering training remotely and managing unexpected challenges to keep deployments on schedule. May enhance training materials providing ad hoc support to users serving as a liaison between Functional and Deployment teams.Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery skills based on Adult Learning theory and/or curriculum design
Experience in delivering training remotely and managing unexpected challenges to keep deployments on schedule
Demonstrates experience developing and enhancing training materials
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with ServiceNow
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
