Talent & Organization Coach Manager, Future State (R00095673_Atlanta)

You are:
An experienced force for change. You know that companies must change or be left behind, and you know how to help companies do that, - and you understand that humans are at the center of that change. You combine empathy, listening, with business acumen. You’ve got the skills, tools and know-how to help companies remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable and more productive and leverage human centered coaching tools and techniques to help build the teams and leaders of the future. You are comfortable in ambiguity and complexity, and clients look to you to help navigate through this. You don’t have all the answers but are adept at partnering with clients to unlock the answers. You’ve done this plenty of times and it shows in how you help people on your team do their best. You are passionate about working yourself out of a job by building these capabilities in your clients.
The work:
Be the catalyst for enterprise transformation by coaching teams and organizations within a broader multi-disciplinary approach that spans teams such as change management, business process, learning and development and technology
Develop coaching and leadership capabilities in our clients including programs such as train the trainer and champion networks
Coach within a system by honoring individual, team, and organizational agendas
Sense needs as they emerge and iterate in real time
Develop our clients’ capacity to learn, iterate, and grow
Cultivate agile and growth mindsets in our clients
Develop human-centered strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world
Shift between a coaching and consulting role as client needs arise
Infuse your coaching with leading methodologies including:
Design Thinking
Agile Leadership
Organizational Design
Other methodologies including: Servant leadership, Teal organizations
Leadership Development
Group Facilitation
Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools
Experience with diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging experience
Help clients transform their companies into resilient organizations comfortable with redirection and ambiguity to build new ways of working and drive mindset shifts
Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships
Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
Here’s what you need:
At least 5 years working as a consulting practitioner
At least 3 years of individual, team, and systems coaching
Broad business experience and working with executives and their teams
A Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus points for:
5+ years’ experience coaching, leaders, teams, and systems.
ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC or equivalent certifications
At least 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
Coaching leaders through change
Team Effectiveness Coaching
Group Facilitation
Agile for Enterprise Transformation
Leadership Development
Action Learning
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Coaching leaders through change

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
