Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications


The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture’s $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada).  Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture’s leaders, and engages and inspires the company’s North American people, recruits and alumni. YOUR ROLE:

• As the Web Content Operations – Measurement & Reporting Manager, you will play an integral role as a key member of the [Register to View] Operations and Editorial Strategy team, within the Global Content Delivery function of Delivery Excellence. A data heavy role, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the data base of all pages across our global site and managing the ongoing page maintenance effort to sunset old pages. This role requires deep understanding of our content and editorial strategy to ensure the population of live pages support those strategies. The person filling this role must have strong analytical and management skills, as well as tenacity for data management. They must also develop a strong understanding of our page maintenance and performance methodology, to ensure data-driven rigor of our effort to sunset pages.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Support the Site Editorial and Strategy Lead in crafting methods and cadence for ongoing management and tracking of site page database

2. Formulate and deliver regular reporting to wide ranging stakeholder group

3. Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of data tracking, management and reporting

4. Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to build out / adapt reporting for their business requirements

5. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to establish and run the page performance analysis, incorporating performance compared to benchmark as a core part of the ongoing reporting

6. Manage ongoing proactive effort to sunset older, less relevant pages

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B or B2C experience in data-oriented operations role within marketing or other enterprise function

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional / extended teams

  • Expertise in excel and data management

  • Content strategy and/or content delivery background preferred

  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same

Professional Skills:

  • Responsible for collaborating with senior marketing operations managers and other stakeholders engaged with the site and our content

  • Critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems

  • Use straightforward communication, when influencing and connecting with others

  • Supremely detail oriented and organized

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632 - $161,200 and [Register to View]
