Develops processes and roadmaps that define integration strategies in Hybrid landscape where clients are executing or planning for major S/4 HANA transformation work keeping SAP CPI/BTP at the center of the integration strategy.
Drive application Integration strategy including roadmap definition and execution in collaboration with the various Technology teams like Enterprise Data Lake, MDM, Conversion etc.
Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas
Act as trusted advisor to Application technology leads and 3rd party partners on all matters of integration development, and project delivery
Manages, mentors, and encourages the team working within SAP Integration; handling performance, goals and development potential and build capability and community of practitioners
Collaborates with business and tech leads to settle integration requirements; develops the strategy, coordinates the development, and works to resolve bottlenecks to delivery project work aligned with program timelines
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Enterprise level integration system engineering, design and implementation in SAP PI/PO and CPI
Experience implementing solutions using an API First approach, API Life cycle management, API security, API Gateway and hands-on experience building prototypes
Minimum of 2 years experience conducting workshops for large S/4 Hana implementation, building reference architecture guiding and providing technical know-how to the broader team
Minimum of 2 years experience with different patterns. Ex: Pub-Sub, Batch, APIs, ETL. (Event streaming etc. with different tools like Kafka, Talend, etc. would be added plus)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points if:
You’ve earned an SAP or Cloud related Integration or Architect Certification
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite
Integration experience with multiple Middleware platforms for Cloud to On Premise Integrations involving SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.
Experience in using API Calls using SAP API Business Hub
Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred
