HR People Partner (Generalist) CR (R-40442)
WE ARE UNILEVER, ONE OF THE LARGEST FMCG COMPANIES IN THE WORLD.We are currently looking for an experienced HR specialist in the HR department who will be the primary contact for senior managers and other employees in all HR activities.People partner is responsible for providing a great employee experience in all key employee phases and situations within the Czech Republic.These HR phases and activities include talent management, remuneration, on-boarding, off-boarding, leave, organizational change, performance management and other standard processes.People Partner has knowledge of personnel processes and tools - but also a healthy dissatisfaction with the current state, you are always thinking about how we can improve our impact or ways of working.
Job scope responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR manager in designing and managing the implementation of programs and projects that support our business and provide better support to our employees
Proactive involvement in business operations and support of managers in all key HR activities (onboarding, organizational changes, career shifts/moves, performance management, remuneration and benefits, training, and more)
To be a support for senior managers and employees and to develop relationships with them including clear and practical advice
Ensuring that employee policies, procedures and programs are applied consistently throughout the company Involvement in the organization, but also active implementation of workshops, initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, organizational changes or activities for well-being and development of employees
Coordination with our HR Operations team for the preparation of labor law documents, data management, etc.
What do we expect from you?
Experience min. 2+ years in HR ideally from FMCG, but it's not a necessity but big plus
Proven skills in this HR process: Employee Experience, Building Org. Skills, HR Business Partnership, Change Management, On-boarding, Talent Development (identification, retention, development), Succession planning
Business Orientation: We need you to understand business in its competitive environment and gain insight into business capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and culture, while identifying opportunities for change that will differentiate our business
Very good stakeholder management, good stress resilience, be able to deal with ambiguity, fast learner
Fluency in Czech / Slovak and English: you will communicate daily (speak / write ) in English however Czech and Slovak speaking colleagues will also be nearby :-). If you are interested, send your CV in the ENG version.
