Lead incident support for Resolute Professional Billing and Hospital billing
Work with offshore team to ensure smooth delivery
Work with the end client to discuss delivery activities
Create and validate the Incident support team roster
Minimum 5 years of experience with Epic Resolute
Minimum 5 years of experience with Production Support
Certified in Epic Resolute (HB or PB)
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with any Epic Modules
Experience with Epic Ambulatory
