The Work

The Data & AISolution Architect is a technology critical role that interprets and translates application requirements into a Data & AI solution (including architecture, deployment, and operations) in support of (1) the delivery of a response to a client request or RFP or (2) the development proactive proposal to a client. As a key member of the "solutioning" team, the role represents the Data & AI solution offering to the client and internal groups.

Deal-based duties include:

  • Define Data strategy/ solution and shape deals to increase our win probability

  • Own End to End responsibility of Data solutions

  • Leverage the latest cloud native features to increase the efficiency of data solutions

  • Built IP/ Patterns that can improve our solution capabilities

  • Work with teams to share the latest & greatest in Data Solutions

  • Participate in strategic & complex Cloud First deals

  • Anchor and manage the interface to IT stakeholders on the topic of a Data Solution

  • 50% Travel required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years developing Big Data Solutions (architectures, deployments, and operations - including design and estimation)
  • Minimum 2 years of public cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) design and implementation experience
  • Candidates with AWS/Azure/Google experience should be skilled in:
    • In-depth knowledge and expertise of Data solutions and cloud native features
    • In-depth experience in solutions around data migration, data validation, data cleansing, data modeling and others
    • Required knowledge of technology trends, new cloud technologies/ features
    • Experienced of participating large strategy/ complex cloud deals
    • Ability to collaboratively work across the ecosystem including sales, delivery and other teams
    • Experience with:
      • Commercial Data Solutions such as: Teradata, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query
      • Data Architectures
      • Data Injestion Frameworks
      • Data Testing & Validation
      • Agile Methodologies
      • Data ETL tools such as Informatica
      • Data Migrations to the Cloud
      • Data Transfer Tools
      • Data Modeling Tools
      • Data Management and Governance processes
      • Data Security
      • Master Data Management (MDM)
      • Data Operations Architectures and Processes
      • CI/CD Pipelines
      • Candidates with Cloud certification in Associate or Professional level is preferred
