You Are:

You have experience in customer-facing roles and successfully resolve support issues while delivering project tasks internally and externally. You understand the client’s needs and provide support while working across several departments to help deliver value and improve operations for our client’s investment.

The Work:

  • Help resolve issues for existing clients

  • Train client on use, best practices, and maintenance of Microsoft D365 

  • Manage resources and resolve support issues and tasks, both external and internal

  • Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal 

  • Closeout tickets for clients in a timely fashion 

  • Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks  

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow through on tasks 

  • Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members  

  • Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks  

  • Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle  

  • Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work  

  • Write procedural instructions and train client on use and maintenance for D365  

  • Ability to work on multiple projects  

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
