You Are

Someone who knows how to deliver, and nothing pleases you more than seeing a project go off without a hitch. But you’re not just looking after the project internally, you’re building positive relationships with clients along the way. You’re leading their expectations and making sure the standard of work is in line with what we promised them. It’s a lot of different people and processes to keep happy, but you’ve got the work ethic to stay on top of it all.

The Work

  • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of [Register to View] and other CRM implementation engagements in the Healthcare space.

  • Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients.

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce products, and experience implementing Salesforce for clients

  • Leading business and technical grooming for requirements and managing the end solution optimizing Salesforce

  • Mapping functional requirements to [Register to View] features and functionality.

  • Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project.

  • Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

  • Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.

  • Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and [Register to View] best practices.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. When/iftravel resumes, travel for this role is expected to be 50% or less.

Here’s What You Need

  • At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)

  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in large scale payer or provider systems

  • At least 2 years of experience with [Register to View] is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience

Bonus Points If

  • You have experience being responsible for multi-shore projects

  • You have certifications in [Register to View] and other cloud platforms

  • You have a very good work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).

  • You have demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.

  • You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships - Director to SVP level.

  • You have good communication and presentation skills
