Manager - Tax

Location: Hyrbid New York, NY and Tampa, FL

Role Value Proposition:

The International Tax Manager will prepare and maintains US international tax records, returns, corporate tax reports, and other related materials. This person will participate in the development and implementation of global tax strategy and devises legal means to minimize tax liability using thorough knowledge of US international tax laws and regulations. In addition, will be responsible for recommending alternative tax treatments to alleviate or reduce tax burden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs, interprets, and implements tax accounting policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Coordinate with tax authority audits to minimize audit adjustments. Identifies relevant tax issues resulting from tax law changes and corporate business decisions and makes recommendations to senior management.
  • Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 3-5+ yrs. tax accounting/compliance experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
  • In progress toward CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Corporate International Tax is highly preferred.
