The Hospital Services Program is designed to provide our clients with one point of contact for all their needs. Patient care, timely problem investigation, and timely communication to our hospital clients are at the core of the program. Hospital Services Account Specialists provide on-going service and process monitoring for a specific client base. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing/resolving electronic data reports, internal email communication, and compilation and delivery of reports to clients as needed. This team member would take ownership of all issues identified and follow each issue until resolved.
