This role will enable IMUS Omnichannel marketing at scale and be responsible for managing material approval process (MAP) audit readiness, including proactive content assessments, internal & external inquiry response, and monitoring of in-market activities to ensure compliance excellence. This is an exciting, transformational opportunity to make immediate impact on the way we engage with our customers. The successful candidate will have deep experience in promotional review, risk management, commercial operations, and/or quality management in a pharma/oncology or medical device organization.

As the Associate Director, MAP Audit Readiness, you will be accountable to analyze activities against operational protocols, spot trends, define route cause, assess risk and define corrective & preventative actions in context to impact. In this role, you will consult cross-functionally to ensure audit traceability & monitoring in omnichannel marketing executions and non-modular assets. The individual in this role needs to be comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders, creating reports on findings, and developing documents that enable optimal brand & MAP process performance across IMUS.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Establish operational capabilities
o Define assessment and reporting input criteria to identify trends
o Prepare reports and readouts for business partners
o Identify areas of potential exposure
• Self-auditing/monitoring
o Confirm working practices align with WPDs
o Confirm in market assets perform as expected
• Inquiry response
o Identify & extract appropriate data to support internal & external inquiries
o Ensure asset & data management aligns with legal holds
o Represent MAP in the event high priority internal audit activities
• Transformational Change
o Ensure alignment with the cross-divisional teams including Compliance, Commercial/Omnichannel teams, and MAP Operations
o Track trends that validate what’s working and adapt to fill gaps
o Manage stakeholders proactively
• Documentation
o Develop presentations, prepare training aids, quick reference guides
o Manage guidance docs and related system instructions
• Communication/Collaboration
Ability to simplify complex concepts into themes that are easy to understand and recall
o Solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholder to continuously improve
o Engage subject matter experts to inform optimal prioritization / impact
• Project Management
o Lead special projects or cross-functional work streams as necessary
o Act as subject matter expert as needed to represent the department

This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
