The Metaverse Global Marketing Director will be a respected business leader skilled at developing global business plans, go-to-market, and marketing campaign strategies within the Metaverse environment for our clients in targeted industries such as Gaming/Entertainment, Automotive, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail/Fashion. It means being experienced in driving large complex engagements across multi–Accenture Services with senior client stakeholders, including sales origination, closure, and delivery responsibilities. Demonstrated success in helping clients navigate through past innovation triggers. You will internally collaborate with Global Industry Pod Team, Song & Technology Incubation Businesses & Capabilities, Metaverse Continuum Studios, Global ATCs, Security, Legal, Metaverse Partner & Alliances, Account Teams.
In this role you will:
Focused on crafting integrated marketing strategies and orchestrating plans that build brand experiences and drive business growth for our metaverse clients. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of Metaverse marketing activities across the funnel, including research, web experience design, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing planning, and reporting.
Externally, you’ll help us grow long-term relationships with our clients, become a go-to marketing consultant and advisor, and lead teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor junior talent on the team as you help grow our practice and capabilities. Lead our Metaverse marketing function team to define “what is marketing in the Metaverse” and what “Internet of Ownership” means for Brands
Gathering and analyzing insights and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve Metaverse marketing design performance
Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand how to grow brands through Metaverse marketing channels and experiences
Playing an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings
Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Metaverse marketing strategy practice
Create the Metaverse marketing narrative and Stage 0 materials and identify the global assets/POCs required.
Create successful Metaverse marketing initiatives that optimize and broadened audience and advertiser base
Help develop the global business plan, go-to-market, and Metaverse marketing campaign strategy for the targeted clients and industry (e.g., Financial Services).
Convey and integrate Song capabilities (Brand Strategy & Building, Business Design, Creative Design, Data Science, Design Research, Experience Strategy)
Understand and express Metaverse & Web3 for Marketing, Product Innovation, Commerce, Sales and Services.
Target CMOs & Marketeers
Begin identifying key/marquee clients we could take our Metaverse offerings to in the near term.
Help shape our Metaverse business through the lens of employee and customer experience.
In addition, you will become the Metaverse Song Marketing Lead for a given market where you will:
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team across Accenture Technology, S&C, Operations, and Industry X to drive the Metaverse business goals within Industry
While representing Song, help to drive the Metaverse market business plan, sales, and revenue targets
Create and execute Metaverse market campaign strategy, including Client Account Lead engagement
Drive sales origination and closure activities to meet MC business goals
Own the C-Level and other senior client stakeholder relationships and engage them on a journey from Learn & Shape, Strategize, to Build & Operate
Identification of key Song resources and capabilities required for client opportunities

Here’s what you’ll need
Minimum 8 years of experience creating successful marketing initiatives that broadened audience and advertiser base
Minimum 8 years of experience managing relationships with clients building upon, and executing brand & marketing strategies
Minimum 6 years of experience leading teams delivering on large complex engagements
Minimum 5 years of experience shaping deals, originating, and closing sales opportunities for large complex engagements
Minimum 4 years of experience working in one of the following Industries: Gaming/Entertainment, Automotive, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail/Fashion
Bonus points if you have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Strong ability to understand insights and turn them into strategic plans
Ability to mentor, inspire, develop, and lead teams by setting forth a vision for the account
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong executive presence and skills in stakeholder and client management
