As the Sales Operations Strategic Transaction Support Associate, you will Support sales on a dedicated basis, which enable the origination/closure of sales, improving sales performance and sales growth and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes. Deliver end-to-end sales and pricing process support. Advocate best practices throughout the sales process with a focus on continuous improvement and standardized service delivery.
Lead opportunities generation for Microsoft solutions
Initiate and drive business strategy discussions with IT managers or business decision makers around industry drivers and Microsoft Solutions
Gain knowledge and experience of new business Licensing opportunities with customers
Understand customers’ technical and business Licensing needs and match them with appropriate products and services
Effectively position the value of the Microsoft Solutions to customers
Guarantee customer satisfaction with the sales/renewals/true-up process
Complete Microsoft trainings and on-line research in order stay abreast of any changes
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
Minimum of 1 year experience selling IT solutions
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace solutions is preferable
Achievement and success-driven personality motivated by performance rewards for exceeding sales & renewals goals through sales/renewals engagements and business collaboration
Commanding desire to learn and succeed in sales
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales/renewals and activity quotas
A proven track record of strong client relationships
Excellent client service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English language
Fluency in other primary languages a distinct advantage
Follow all Accenture Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role of this position
