You are:
Business Analyst who enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, seamlessly transition between business stakeholders and technical implementation team, understands latest industry trends and brings new products and services to life. You have experience working directly with Automotive clients and are familiar with connected mobility services.

The work:

  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

  • Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization

  • Conduct research on industry trends in connected mobility

  • Analyze business data to define and evaluate problems and recommend software/hardware solutions.

  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

  • Formulate use case diagrams, flow charts, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and other models.

  • Review and document requirements with automotive subject matter experts and stakeholders.

  • Work closely with development team and ensure products and services being developed is in line with business requirements

  • Work closely with organizational readiness team to support the product and service introduction

  • Oversee testing and validation schedules for Connected Services, including coordination of IT sprint releases for pre-and post-production validation

  • Support Technical experts in leading Connected Car customer issue and incident management initiatives.

Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • 1+ year of experience working directly with Automotive OEM’s, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers on connected mobility, EV, Shared Mobility or Autonomous programs

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing JIRA and MS Excel for project planning and tracking

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business

Bonus points if:

  • Experience in technology consulting, telecommunications, or connected services

  • You have strong communication skills as well as strong analytical skills in root cause analysis

  • You are Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or Scrum Master Certified (SMC)

  • You have Solid understanding of IoT
