Job Description:

As a Test Automation Lead, you will:

  • Focus on automation testing to drive automation across multiple applications

  • Design and create scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend apps using an automation toolset such as Selenium with Java

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a test automation toolset such as Selenium with Java

  • Design and create scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API and backend apps using automation tool selenium with Java.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile/waterfall methods

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with defect management process, risk framework and mitigation, and enterprise testing standards

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience with strong SQL Scripting/ETL testing and web application testing

  • Tool experience such as UFT or TOSCA

  • Strong communication skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with web/desktop application test experience

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
