You are:
A program manager in the automotive industry. Customer focused, delivering and managing project success. Have experience with the process of coordinating engineering changes into a production program. Proficient organizational and leadership skills and you must be comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment. Open for new challenges, willing to show ambition and are good to work under time pressure/ in intense situations.

The work:

  • Develop WBS and OBS

  • Lead Agile teams and manage the planning and grooming of sprints, execute sprints including daily scrum meetings and review sprints

  • Manage objectives, deliverables and associated timescales; measure recovery progress

  • Identify project risks and issues, investigate their root causes and develop mitigation plans

  • Document, organize and communicate project status and progress by means of reporting, tracking tools and other metrics.

Travel:
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management

  • 7+ years of experience within the automotive industry and gathered professional experience in the context of new product developments, industrialization, ramp up and/or series manufacturing

  • 7+ years of experience with certifications in Program Management (PMI) and Agile PM structures preferred

  • Bachelor degree

Bonus points if:

  • Experience/knowledge of agile program management structures

  • Experience with the process of coordinating engineering changes into a production program.

  • Customer focused, delivering and managing project success
