About the role:
Accenture Research is seeking to hire an editor in the US. The editor will be a part of a growing, global team, working with research teams, marketing professionals, and business leaders to create high-quality thought leadership on a wide range of business, technology, and societal issues, with a particular focus on strategy.
The role is based in the US, but you will work alongside colleagues from all over the world. You'll learn, grow and advance in an innovative culture that thrives on shared success, diverse ways of thinking and provides opportunities that can drive your career in new and exciting ways. If you’re looking for a challenging career working in a vibrant environment with access to training and a global network of experts, this could be the role for you.
Under the direction of Accenture Research’s chief editor and senior editors, the editor will work closely and collaboratively with researchers and marketers, bringing strong thought-leadership-development, writing, and editing skills to bear on research reports, articles, and other content.
The editor will generally work on multiple iterations of any given content—writing or editing as needed. These efforts will require a deep knowledge of Accenture’s strategy; the range of previous publications and ongoing efforts in related areas; the desired business outcomes at the base of the thought leadership publication; and the key concerns of the involved marketing leaders.
Accenture is a global company, and the editor will need to work across time zones and with people from dozens of countries, working in English but notably with many non-native English speakers.
