This person would manage actuarial modeling activities for Life, Annuities and Health businesses. The role will provide oversight, guidance and peer reviews of the models developed on GGY AXIS platform. The actuarial team produce statutory, GAAP and economic projections which will directly support capital management, asset liability management, and regulatory projections such as cash flow testing. This individual will work with a team across the US and abroad. This individual will have frequent and regular interact with other testing teams, model developers, model owners, the model production team, the Business Unit Chief Finance Actuaries, and key partners in Enterprise Risk management and IT teams.
The actuarial modeling software used is GGY AXIS, and modeling aspects in scope for this role include Statutory valuation, GAAP valuation, Risk Neutral valuation, Cash flow testing, CCAR, Budget, Q3 unlocking, Loss Recognition, and the quarter end valuation.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Moody s GGY AXIS.
Fellow of the SOA Certified ASA
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Life and Retirement Actuarial space.
Minimum of 1 year of working with LDTI Long Duration Targeted Improvements requirements
LIBR London Interbank Offered Rate , US GAAP and STAT reporting for Life and Retirement P3 experience
2 years of FS Insurance Actuarial Modeling experience using SQL and Python
Fellow of the SOA Certified FSA
